If we can’t take it
If a unit is above what the assigned truck can take, we say so before we roll. Light and medium only. If a job is outside the fleet, we say so on the first call.
How we work
Right deck first. Price before we roll.
Two flatbeds is a small fleet. That is the point: you get the deck that fits, a number before we leave, and no extras invented after you hang up. We roll as soon as a truck is free. If we’re on a call, we say so.
Crowley is in the coverage area. The shop and public address are in Burleson.
